The entry point of the SEIP technique. Intraoperative photographs A and B show that the patellar tendon is pulled medially to visualize the tibial tuberosity slope. Hemostatic forceps are employed to position the tibial entry point. An ideal entry point was observed on the AP fluoroscopic view C as being located just medial to the lateral tibial spine, and it aligns with the tibial shaft.
